I bought these BCBG Pretia Pumps ($49.95) a while back and still haven’t worn them. Everytime I go to put them on I think that they’re a little much. So then I started wondering what I should wear them with. Pinterest to the rescue! I found a few looks that I loved and wanted to recreate.

I loved this look with the bright cobalt blue and peplum top:

I also found a number of photos of Reese Witherspoon rocking her red pumps:

These tops are inspired from the above looks and would make for a great recreation:

Now this Pinspired look is one that I’ve had on my list for a long time but have never found the perfect top to match. Well I just found it and can finally recreate this look for spring!

Here is the original Pinterest link. I love the super feminine, but somewhat casual look. It screams, “I just woke up, and threw on some pearls.” The best part is that you don’t need a lot for this look. I found this Lace Blouse from Vince Camuto (on sale right now for $53.40) and knew that it would be perfect!

GAP Mid Rise Boyfriend Jeans ($69.95)

I haven’t tried the boyfriend jeans yet, but they are perfect for these looks. I always buy GAP jeans, they are my favorite.

Nine West Jackpot Pointy Toe Pumps ($79)

I love Nine West heels because they are so comfortable and I have these same ones in a different color so I can vouch for them.

For the bag I loved the Michael Kors Large Mercer Tote ($298):

I thought I might wear this look on a casual Friday to work, so I went a little lighter on the earrings than thin the original photo.

For this month’s Pinspired, I thought I would create a fun Valentine’s Day look. The outfit below really stood out to me. I enjoy having pops of color mixed with neutrals for a fun and sexy Valentine’s Day look.

To get started, I LOVE this Off-The-Shoulder Jersey Dress from Ralph Lauren. You can find it here ($74.99) and here in more sizes in the Petite ($74.99).

I adore anything from Badgley Mischka and this Jenna Snap Back Cocoon Coat ($279.90) is no different.

To top off the look, these BCBGeneration Pretia Pumps ($49.95) are just icing on the cake.

Since we have passed the halfway point for summer, I thought I would share one more really fun summer look. I have a few events coming up and thought this Pinterest look would be perfect to take out for a summer evening event. It would be easy to throw a blazer on during the workday and take it off for an evening look. I found the original pin here.

I absolutely LOVE this Kenneth Jay Lane Golden Hammered Link Chain Necklace ($87.50). Diane always wore this style on one of my TV favorites, The Good Wife.
I found these Anne Klein Chain Faux Pearl Stud Earrings ($32) that complement the necklace:

For the bangles, I liked these Kate Spade Stack Attack Bangles ($78)

For the shoes, I think my Splurge vs. Steal BCBGeneration Darron Pumps ($69.95) would be perfect!

I have a few ideas of where I could wear this classic number, I just love the crisp, elegant look of it.

It’s time for another edition of Pinspired! Now that it’s finally warmed up in Michigan I can look at some fun spring/summer looks. I love romper looks, but as a curvier lady, wasn’t really sure I could pull them off. When I came across this look on Pinterest, I had to pin it for later. The color combination was right up my alley! Here is the original pin.

I found four romper options to recreate this look and decided to include them all because this is something we definitely need to try on first. The first, a Muse Sleeveless Double V-Neck Romper from Soma ($39.98), the second a BCX Juniors’ Cold-Shoulder Necklace Romper ($49), the third a Tank Romper from Gap ($59.95), and the fourth a Tall Floral Jacquard Tie Back Romper ($79.50):

I really liked these Rampage Happy Platform Wedge Sandals ($35.40) and they are a great price:

I found this awesome MG Collection Marissa Top-Handle Doctor Shoulder Bag ($35.50) which looks more expensive that it is!
