White Collar “Ice Breaker” Recap

This week on White Collar, the writers faked us out by arresting Neal (Matt Bomer). Turns out it was really an undercover FBI mission looking into forged passports. What’s clear is that Peter (Tim DeKay) is suspicious of Neal. He knows Neal is up to something but he can’t figure out what it is.

The forgery investigation leads them to Little Odessa, where they encounter Katya (Annet Mahendru), a very talented ice skater. In order to protect themselves, Neal tells her boyfriend that they are figure skating coaches and are interested in training with Katya. The charade works and they are able to get themselves close to the operation.

506_gallery_7Back at the office, Rebecca (Bridget Regan) , from the museum heist visits the FBI office hoping to get a letter from Peter stating her innocence. Apparently, she is having trouble getting a job and blames Neal. He diverts her from Peter and says he will meet with her at their other office with the real agent in charge.

In order to be a believable coach, Peter looks to Elizabeth (Tiffani Thiessen) for her help in getting him up to speed. Apparently, she is a closet ice skating fan, but has never skated before. Peter was supposed to teach her but never did. Elizabeth wears a teal blouse. I found this Spense Trimmed Woven Collar Top ($14.49) to recreate the look:

Screen Shot 2013-12-19 at 7.50.18 PM

Neal and Mozzie (Willie Garson) are up to something. They are creating a fake FBI office to meet with Rebecca in. The trick is that Neal will have to sneak out during the mission with Peter. He ends up convinces him to remove the anklet and sets up a drunk guy that Neal has to get out of the way. This allows him to sneak out while Peter is stuck on the mission for a while.

Neal and Mozzie meet with Rebecca and Mozzie posing as FBI agents. They recruit her into helping them decipher Chapter 13 of the Moscone Codex. Peter knows that Neal took off because he had Jones (Sharif Atkins) watching him. He tells Jones to look into what Neal was up to.

The next day, Elizabeth expresses her concern that Peter hasn’t gotten out of the field like he promised when he took the promotion. She is still pretty shook up about Agent Siegel’s murder. She wears a tan shift dress with a gold embellishment. I found a similar Tahari Studded Sheath Dress ($76.80) that gives you that same hint of gold embellishment:

Screen Shot 2013-12-19 at 8.15.43 PMMeanwhile the original forgery suspect was murdered, so Peter and Neal come up with an idea to bring all of the Russians together. They encourage Katya to accept Sergei’s proposal so they have a reason to celebrate. Things get tense when Sergei puts a knife to Katya’s throat to try to escape.

Peter ends up finding an FBI pen at the office building Neal and Mozzie used to meet Rebecca. He doesn’t know what is happening yet, but he knows it isn’t good. And in other news, Neal seems to really like Rebecca which could be a liability for both him and Mozzie.

At the end of the episode Peter finally takes Elizabeth ice skating. She wears a wine colored sweater. I found a White + Warren Cashmere Sweater ($164.98):

Screen Shot 2013-12-19 at 8.30.53 PM

This was a really sweet moment between the two of them.

What did you think about this week’s episode? Do you think Peter will catch Neal in the act?

Scandal “Vermont is for Lovers” Recap

Last week on Scandal we learned that Olivia’s (Kerry Washington) mother is still alive. This week we learned that Eli (Joe Morton) has been keeping her prisoner for years. Now that Olivia has started asking questions, he has decided to move her out of the country so Olivia will never figure out that she is alive.

Quinn (Katie Lowes) is freaking out about killing a man…and guess what…the team is trying to figure out who killed him, so that makes things even worse for her. In the meantime, Josephine Marcus (Lisa Kudrow) needs the team for a project and Olivia runs off to meet with her. Olivia wears a white blazer and grey cowl neck shell. To recreate the look I found a Vince Camuto Blazer ($150) and a Calvin Klein Cowl Neck Blouse ($39):

white blazerI think she was wearing the Long Oval Sterling Silver Necklace from Arte Designs ($93):

Sterling-Silver-Necklaces29

Turns out that files and a laptop were stolen from the Marcus campaign and Josephine’s sister wants to point the finger at Governor Reston. Olivia disagrees and says that they should stay quiet and let the cops point the finger.

In the most disgusting scene in television history, Olivia’s mother tries to commit suicide to get out of her cell (So Gross!!!!!). This causes Eli to move her so they can provide her with medical care.

Mellie (Bellamy Young) and Cyrus (Jeff Perry) have a plan to catch Sally Langston’s (Kate Burton) husband with his pants down. They have maneuvered James (Dan Bucatinsky) into doing an interview with Daniel Douglas (Jack Coleman) in the hopes that Daniel will hit on him and James will turn him down, thus giving him something to write about. Mellie plants the seed by telling Daniel that James and Cyrus have an open marriage.

Turns out Josephine’s sister didn’t take Olivia’s advice. She went ahead and did a press conference suggesting the the Reston campaign stole the campaign materials. Olivia is trying to keep her cool and sends Harrison (Columbus Short) to deal with the situation. Olivia wears a Chloe Contrast Mock Neck Sleeveless Top ($539) and her  Ippolita necklace ($695). To recreate the look for less I used a BCBGeneration Contrast Collar Top ($34) and  black onyx necklace ($95):

white blouse

Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) won’t leave Olivia alone and helicopters her into a cozy house in Vermont. Olivia wears a Dior houndstooth coat, Bajra scarf and Dorothy Gaspar gloves. To recreate this outfit, I found a pleat-back houndstooth coat from Chadwick’s ($99.99) and David & Young scarf ($19.50):

coat

She also carries her trusty Prada bag, of which I found the look for less in the Michael Kors Selma Bag ($358):

pradaWe learn that Fitz built the house for Olivia, so they could live in it together one day. This seems to make her happy because she sleeps with Fitz again and rekindles their relationship. She tells him not to sell the house, so it sounds like she is still holding out hope that they will end up together.

Abby (Darby Stanchfield) discovers that Candice faked the break-in and asks Harrison to go talk to her. Little did we know that Harrison was sleeping with her (wow…). Olivia tells Josephine that she needs to fire Candice in order to move on with the campaign. Olivia wears a collarless MaxMara jacket. This Cotton Flannel Collarless Blazer ($98) is similar:

grey blazer

James finally realizes what Cyrus and Mellie were up to with the Daniel Douglas interview. He doesn’t take kindly to being their pawn and decides to go through with it by sleeping with Daniel (I DID NOT see that one coming!).

Then instead of firing Candice, Josephine takes the blame for stealing the computer and drops out of the election instead. This could free Olivia up to possibly work on another campaign…

The episode ends with Olivia’s mother escaping from Eli’s secure facility and confronting Olivia on her way home. Huck (Guillermo Diaz) confronts Quinn about who she is working for. This sure sets up the next episode for some big explosions! How do you think Olivia will react to seeing her mother again? What will Huck do to Quinn?

The Crazy Ones “Sixteen-Inch Softball” Recap

This week on The Crazy Ones, it’s time for the annual Accounts vs. Creatives Sixteen-Inch Softball game. This year the stakes are high because the firm had to let a client go. This means that someone from the Creative or Account teams will need to be let go. Gordon (Brad Garrett) and Simon (Robin Williams) make a bet that the team who loses will have to make the cut.

Sydney (Sarah Michelle Gellar) wears a perforated leather top by Rebecca Taylor ($158), sold-out teal Kaleidoscope pumps by Charlotte Olympia and sold-out Arte Designs Turquoise Gemstone Earrings ($45):

Screen Shot 2013-12-17 at 2.18.50 PMI found the Stella & Dot Serenity Stone Drop Earrings ($49) and these Shi by Journey’s teal pump ($29.99) to complete the look:

Screen Shot 2013-12-17 at 2.28.55 PM

This puts a lot of pressure on the Creative team and nobody wants to sign up for the game. The only thing that will inspire hope in the team is if Simon decides to come out of retirement and play this year. Ten years ago, in the annual firm game, Simon played the game of his life when he hit five homeruns and won the game for the Creatives.

104002_fox_0259b

Simon confesses to Zach (James Wolk) that they only reason he played so well is because he was on an acid trip and he is terrible at sports. Zach convinces him that the other team just needs to think he is playing and that will be enough to psych them out. This works for a while as Gordon walks Simon every time he is up to bat and then Simon throws his back out in the end. Unfortunately, Simon takes some muscle relaxers and suddenly thinks he can play again. He ends up hallucinating a wondrous victory, but in reality, he doesn’t even hit the ball and ends up running the bases backwards.

104003_d1036b

This was a cute episode, I love the dynamic between Simon and Gordon.

The Good Wife “The Next Month” Recap

This week on The Good Wife Lockhart Gardner becomes “LG.” Will (Josh Charles) is fired up about expanding and rebranding the firm. Diane (Christine Baranski) wears a red paisley brocade jacket by Stella McCartney. I found a similar scroll blazer at Dress Barn ($46):

red blazerLG is so busy with the expansion, they don’t have time to talk to Natalie Flores (America Ferrara), who is bringing them an important case with the State Department. They pawn her off to Howard Lyman (Jerry Adler) who is racist and completely unprofessional with her. Natalie instead takes her business to Alicia (Julianna Marguilles).

In the meantime, Florrick Agos finally gets office space in a factory style building. They are trying to bill it as a hip startup. They decide to take Natalie’s case because it has the potential to send them lots of extra business. Alicia wears a floral embroidered Rena Lange jacket. I think the best match is the same scroll blazer at Dress Barn ($46), but the grey version:

grey blazer

Marilyn (Melissa George) and Eli (Alan Cumming) visit Alicia because Peter (Chris Noth) wants to come to the office and congratulate his wife. They wanted to come first and make sure there weren’t any ethical violations. Marilyn wears a Saint Laurent Black Leather Ruffle Cady Dress. This was pretty unique, so I just tried to find a professional leather trim dress that you could wear to office. This dress from Venus ($34) does the trick:

leather dress

Eli runs into Natalie at Alicia’s office and is visibly moved by seeing her again. He invites her out to dinner. Will finally realizes that they messed up with Natalie by letting her talk to Howard and desperately try to get her back.

Unfortunately, Florrick Agos needs to make cuts to keep moving forward. Robin (Jess Weixler) was the last person hired and they decide to let her go but she overhears them talking and decides to approach Kalinda (Archie Panjabi) to get her old job back. Kalinda tells her to make herself indispensable so they won’t fire her. I thought this was great advice to give any young professional.

Robin decides to help Alicia and Natalie out in there case, and boy is she determined. She ends up hunting down their missing person in less than two hours.

During Eli’s dinner with Natalie, he tells her that Peter won’t be giving his minority talk anymore. She was disappointed and this eventually leads Eli to reschedule the talk. This change ends up embarrassing Marilyn in front of Peter, so she starts looking into why Eli might have changed his mind about the speech.

Alicia and Cary (Matt Czuchry) end up running all over town to different courts in order to appeal their case. Alicia wears a gold zip front L’Agence suit jacket ($299) with an Alexander McQueen pencil skirt. I found a similar Dana Buchman blazer for $24:

zip front

On the other side, Will is busy drowning his sorrows in his college-aged girlfriend. She is the complete opposite of Alicia, which makes it interesting to watch Will with her. He does end up getting Natalie to reconsider taking her business to LG since its not going very well with Alicia and Cary.

Poor Diane gets stuck with trying to wrangle Howard into apologizing to Natalie. He is a piece of work! Diane looks great in a wine colored dress with lots of pearls. I found a similar Anne Klein ribbed dress ($129):

wine dress

Eli almost cancels his dinner with Natalie, but then he mans up and decides to meet with her. It is so funny to see him be so off balance with her.

Peter finally visits Alicia’s office with no ethical violation, whew, I was worried about that one (insert sarcasm here).

Nothing too crazy this week, most of the fun was watching Eli be nervous.

White Collar “Master Plan” Recap

This week’s White Collar was focused on Elizabeth (Tiffani Thiessen) and what better way to kick it off then a hot steamy scene with her and Peter (Tim DeKay). The only problem is that Peter is getting sick.

This week, Elizabeth is reunited with a wealthy Manhattan family that she used to tutor for in her younger days. Their son, Patrick, mysteriously disappeared and suddenly returned to the family. After seeing the son, Elizabeth is concerned that he is an imposter trying to inherit the family’s fortune and Neal (Matt Bomer) goes undercover as a butler to try and expose him.

Elizabeth wears a two-tone black and white dress, white blazer and an orange belt and matching slingback heels. To recreate this look, I found a Jax Two-Tone Ruched Jersey Dress ($148), Eliza J Ruched Sleeve Blazer ($78), orange belt ($8.99) and orange slingback pumps from Nordstrom for $59.98: orange outfitElizabeth recommends Neal for the butler job and stays close to the family by helping them with their art collection. She wears a black skirt suit, black silk blouse, nude heels and looks like she is carrying a black Birkin bag. I found a black skirt suit from The Limited (Skirt $35.97, Blazer $70.80), Silk Charmeuse Shirt ($99), Nine West Drusilla pumps ($58.99), Jane Bag ($159): black suitNeal is busy trying to get a DNA sample from Patrick, but it is proving to be harder than he thought. Patrick is doing a good job of not leaving a clue about his identity. He does have a lot of information about his past with Elizabeth, which is puzzling. Either he is the real deal or he is getting information from someone.

In the meantime, Mozzie (Willie Garson) is living with Neal and has been trying his patience by trying to keep bees on the balcony. It ends up working out for Peter when Mozzie uses the honey to come up with a concoction to cure Peter’s flu symptoms.

The team finally figures out that Patrick is after the trust fund and Elizabeth decides she needs to confront him and force a DNA test. Patrick takes the test to prove them wrong. Elizabeth wears a beautiful periwinkle dress. I found a similar periwinkle dress at Modcloth ($199.99):

periwinkle dress

Unfortunately, the blood test was a match for the real Patrick. Because of this, Elizabeth gets fired as their art buyer. The family doesn’t want anyone around that questions Patrick. This leaves Neal on his own to figure out what is going on. He follows Patrick to take the dog to the vet, but discovers that Patrick has a device implanted that can use someone else’s blood. But this means that he must have the real Patrick alive somewhere.

In the end, Neal and Peter find the real Patrick and bring him home to the family. Elizabeth wears a mixed media tweed dress. I found a similar colorblock tweed sheath dress from Ann Taylor ($139):

tweed

I always love to see more Elizabeth on White Collar so this is one of my favorite episodes so far this season. I also loved seeing Neal as a butler, he really is a great con man.

Scandal “Everything’s Coming Up Mellie” Recap

This week on Scandal, Mellie (Bellamy Young) needs some help with her image, so she decides to do a special interview so people can see her softer side. I thought this episode was really interesting because we got to see a lot of Mellie’s backstory and we even got to see her and Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) when they were in love.

Quinn (Katie Lowes) is flirting with danger, with Huck’s (Guillermo Diaz) former colleague, Charlie (George Newbern).

Olivia (Kerry Washington) is still trying to end things with Fitz, but he just won’t give it up. She wears a beautiful Dior black and white wool coat. I found a great match on Asos for $101.63:

black and white coat

Olivia brings the team a new case, her mother. She wears a blue blouse – I found a similar Theory Toska Silk Top ($225):

theory blouseIn the meantime, we learn more about how Mellie and Fitz started their bumpy road to the White House and Quinn makes out with Charlie! (What is she thinking?!) I keep forgetting the Mellie was a lawyer before she was the First Lady, she had to give all of that up so Fitz could be president.

Cyrus (Jeff Perry) and Mellie are scheming to catch Sally Langston’s (Kate Burton) husband with his pants down by hiring a hooker to seduce him.

Olivia and team finally have a lead when they discover that someone was taken off of her mother’s plane before it left the tarmac. Olivia wears a grey wool blazer – I found this QMack blazer at Macy’s ($29.99):

grey blazerWe also learn how much Mellie really had to sacrifice, when Fitz’s father rapes her. I kept waiting for Fitz to save her, but he never did. When you look at everything with that perspective in mind, you really feel bad for Mellie, she has gone through so much and she is trapped in that relationship unable to leave and start over. Fitz does end up coming to her rescue in the interview, but that doesn’t make up for everything she has had to endure.

The team checks in with Olivia and has a lead, they are planning to meet with the lead later on, but Quinn ruins everything after Charlie tricks her into killing the lead. Now he is blackmailing her into doing his bidding.

Olivia wears a white blazer – this Kasper three-button blazer ($87.99) is similar:

white blazerDuring a White House event, Mellie and Cyrus’ hooker fails to entice Sally Langston’s husband, but after they see him flirting with James (Dan Bucatinsky) they realize that he might be more into men.

As the episode ends, we realize that Mellie got pregnant after Fitz’s father raped her and that Olivia’s mother is still alive.

Wow…that is a lot to take in.

What did you think about this week’s episode of Scandal? Do you feel differently about Mellie’s character? How far down the rabbit hole will Quinn go?

The Good Wife “The Next Week” Recap

Lockhart Gardner is still reeling from Alicia (Julianna Marguilles) and Cary’s (Matt Czuchry) betrayal. When a client calls for Alicia, Will (Josh Charles) quickly takes on the client. Diane (Christine Baranski) wears a St. John Tweed Jacket and a PONO by Joan Goodman necklace. I found a similar red Studio Tahari Blazer ($99.99) and Stella & Dot’s Tempest Necklace ($198) to recreate the look:

tweed red

In the meantime, Florrick Agos is experiencing financial difficulty. They desperately need to get office space and the natives are starting to get restless. Alicia wears an Escada blazer with a white panel added for contrast. I found a similar Jones Studio Two-Tone Blazer ($79.50):

black and white

Will’s easy DUI case suddenly turns into a murder charge out of nowhere. Alicia is subpoenaed to Lockhart Gardner because they are being sued again. I couldn’t believe how ballsy she was in blackmailing Diane to get her capital contribution back! Who knew she had it in her?

I love the exchange between them:

Diane: “You know, sometimes I look at you and I wonder if you changed or you’ve always been this way.”

Alicia: “I had some of the best teachers in the world. I couldn’t help but change.”

Clarke Hayden (Nathan Lane) also returns to help Florrick Agos with their money issues. I love his character!

Alicia heads back to Lockhart Gardner for her deposition. She wears a fabulous No. 35 leather and suede jacket. I found a similar Anne Klein Faux Leather Trim Jacket ($126.75):

leather jacket

Diane wears a Lafayette 148 Gold Tweed Jacket. I found a similar Antonio Melani Amy Jacket ($129):

Screen Shot 2013-12-10 at 10.13.53 AM

I love the interaction between Will and Owen (Dallas Roberts), hilarious. This also makes Will look more human and makes me feel bad for him. I also love the fact that Owen calls Alicia a warrior princess!

I LOVE that long stare Will gives Alicia at the office, they say nothing, but that look says so much! Alicia wears a flannel Ferragamo grey blazer. I found a similar JCrew blazer for $375, so you might want to wait for a JCrew coupon on that one:

Screen Shot 2013-12-10 at 10.53.24 AM

Will and Diane are back to business, figuring out how to win their case, I love to see them working as a team – that high five was classic! Diane wears what looks like a bright blue tweed jacket. This Classiques Entier Vedi Tweed Jacket ($268) is similar:

Screen Shot 2013-12-10 at 11.18.03 AM

I can’t believe Owen stopped by Will’s office to talk about Alicia – holy crap! If Alicia knew she would be so mad. But Owen is a great character, because he says everything that Alicia is feeling but would never say.

And let’s not forget sweet Zach (Graham Phillips), protecting his sister. What a sweet brother!

I can’t believe Anthony Edelman (Bhavesh Patel)- he has been messing things up for the firm from the beginning! What a jerk! I can’t believe he sold out Alicia on this. It will be interesting to see how he damages the firm. They should really have all of the employees sign confidentiality agreements or something that says they can’t work for Lockhart Gardner for a year.

So many amazing moments! We know that Hayden will be back and it will be great to see how he practices law. I can’t wait to see what happens next. I think I said Love about 20 times writing this post, but that’s really what happens when I’m watching it. My husband laughs at me because every few minutes I am gasping or laughing. This show is SO entertaining!

White Collar “Controlling Interest” Recap

This week on White Collar, Peter (Tim DeKay) and Neal (Matt Bomer) mourn the loss of Agent Siegel (Warren Kole). Unfortuntely, there are few leads and the team needs to continue working on active cases.

Peter wants to start on a boring accounting case, until someone walks into the office and confesses to a crime. A very weird crime that he can’t remember the details of.

WC

The investigation takes an odd turn when the bank won’t report anything stolen. The team finds a common link between the thief and the owner of the safety deposit box, a psychiatrist, Dr. Mara Summers (Elizabeth Marvel). Summers was treating our thief for his compulsions as a felon. So of course, Neal goes undercover to pose as one of her patients.

504_gallery_7

After the first session, Neal realizes that Dr. Summers drugged him and that is how she manipulates her patients over time. This is a problem for Neal because he has no idea what he may have told her under the influence. The only way to find out is to have Mozzie (Willie Garson) drug him again to remember their conversation.

This takes a turn when Neal decides to confess his sins to Peter while he is under the influence. Elizabeth (Tiffani Thiessen) and Peter find the whole situation weird, but Peter starts to use this to his advantage and ask Neal questions about Seigel. Thank goodness Mozzie rescues him in the nick of time before he gets himself into trouble.

Elizabeth wears white jeans, a navy sweater and a brown cardigan. I found a Michael Kors Tank ($23.70), a Kim Rodgers Cardigan ($28.80) and Gap Skinny Jeans ($22.99):

elizabeth

In a classic move, Neal decides to drug the doctor and get her to confess to the crime. What’s interesting is that when Peter went to retrieve the $2 million it wasn’t there. Neal went there first and got the money to give to Mozzie to get him back on his feet.

504_gallery_6

Neal decides that he is still a criminal and he likes being one. He is coming back to the life with Mozzie, but he has too many masters and needs to cut some out.

WOW! I didn’t see that coming. What do you think Neal will do next?

Scandal “Icarus” Recap

Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) is at a standstill. Who should she believe? Who should she trust? What job should she take? She decides to confront the problem head on my simply asking Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) what he knows about her mother’s death and if it is true that he was responsible. She wears the same Armani Collezioni Coat with a Stand Collar ($1197) from “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner.” This Ellen Tracy Tweed Button Front Coat ($210) is a similar look for less: ellen tracy   She was not happy with Fitz’s response, so she decides to take on Josephine Marcus’ (Lisa Kudrow) campaign instead and help a woman get elected to the White House. Pope & Associates begin work on the campaign and have a lot of great insights as to how Marcus can win the election. You can see why she wins elections. Olivia wears a beautiful Giorgio Armani Degrade-Print Snap-Front Jacket ($1737). I found a similar look in this Antonio Melanie Pete Ombre Jacket ($179):

ombre jacket

She is also carrying her staple Prada bag  – you can get the look for less with the Micheal Kors Selma Satchel ($358):

prada

Pope & Associates need to raise cash to pay for Josephine’s campaign, which includes big media buys. This makes Marcus uncomfortable because she doesn’t want to be something she’s not. You would never figure that out though by the way she charms the pants off of the fat cats. Olivia wears a double breasted Prada jacket. I had a hard time finding a match for this, but I think this Tahari tweed jacket ($159.99) is perfect:

prada jacket

The problem is that the donors don’t believe that Marcus can win, so Olivia needs to secure a big interview that will change Marcus’ images and convince the donors that she can win.

This new revelation about her mother isn’t sitting well with Olivia. She needs answers and Fitz isn’t giving them so she attempts to ask her father about them. He does tell her that he didn’t give the order to shoot down the plane. Olivia wears a Donna Karan Cross Front Drape Sweater. I found this Wrap Tunic ($82) that is similar:

wrap sweater

Pope & Associates tries to prepare Josephine for her upcoming interview. She doesn’t want to sling mud or pander to sexism in the interview, which is making things difficult. Olivia wears a white blazer and a grey shell. I found a Tahari blazer ($69.99) and this  9 & Co. Charmeuse top ($19.99) to recreate the look:

white blazer

Olivia and team do what they do best and trick Josephine into letting her temper show during the interview, so she can come across strong. She ends up doing a fantastic job. Olivia wears a navy blazer, I found this JCP blazer for $29.99:

navy blazer

In the meantime, Cyrus (Jeff Perry) is blackmailing Harrison (Columbus Short) to sabatoge Josephine’s campaign. He refuses and gets Huck (Guillermo Diaz) to help him with his problem instead. Quinn (Katies Lowes) is getting courted by B613, which is interesting. I’m not sure where that will lead.

Fitz can’t take Olivia’s rejection lying down so he decides to visit her and force the truth out of her. She eventually admits that her mother was on the plane that he shot down. And there you have it folks. The silver bullet to Olivia and Fitz’s relationship.

The Crazy Ones “Sydney, Australia” Recap

This week on The Crazy Ones, Sydney (Sarah Michelle Gellar) has a stalker and Simon (Robin Williams) tries to land the Australia account, even though he hates Australia.

After Sydney was featured in a profile in Ad Age, she gets a gift basket from Danny (Josh Groban), a former coworker of hers. She discovers that he has a stalker-like obsession with her, including a catchy song that he wrote for her. Sydney wears a sold-out Helmut Lang Cove Leather Trim Suit Jacket ($229). To recreate this look I found a Sharagano Faux-Leather Trim Blazer ($99.99), a Calvin Klein top ($29.99) and some great vintage earrings on Etsy ($20.53): blue earrings The catchy song about Sydney has blown up around the office. Everywhere she goes, someone is playing it. They even have a Calypso version. Sydney wears a BCBG Tuxedo Jacket ($99.20) and a sold-out embellished muscle tee from Haute Hippie ($173). I found a similar shirt from Victoria’s Secret ($29.50):

embellished tee

Unfortunately, it all goes terribly wrong when Danny shows up at the office determined to take Sydney on a date. She gets freaked out and tells him that she never wants to see him again. Sydney wears a  Tibi Solid Silk Cami in Magenta ($99), the Parker Vivian Leather Sequin & Silk Top ($308) (ID: Possessionista) and Arte Designs Pink Tourmaline Gemstone Earrings ($40). To recreate this look for less, I found a DKNYC sequin pullover ($79.99), this Halogen Camisole ($19.00) these Stella and Dot Serenity Small Stone Drop Earrings ($34):

sparkle top

The situation gets more difficult when Simon and team have done everything they can to pitch the Australia account, even as far as dressing as women.

TejVtqQBut the only thing that seems to work is the song that Danny wrote for Sydney, which the whole office has stuck in their heads. The only problem is that after she humiliated him, he doesn’t want to sell his song to Lewis, Roberts and Roberts.

Good ole’ dad to the rescue though, because Simon convinces Danny that Sydney’s refusal actually makes him a better artist. So in the end it all works out and Simon confronts his bad relationship with Australia as the source of most of his life problems.

Problem solved.
