The Good Wife “We, the Juries” Recap

This week’s episode of The Good Wife finds Will (Josh Charles) and Alicia (Julianna Marguilles) thrown together again on a new case, but this time they have to work together for the good of their clients. Alicia wears a grey skirt suit in the courtroom. I found a similar Emporio Armani blazer ($290):

Cary (Matt Czuchry) and Diane (Christine Baranski) agree to co-chair on the case so Will and Alicia keep level heads. Diane wears a red asymmetric blazer. This Lafayette 148 Couture Cloth Stellan Jacket ($358.80) is similar:

The double jury trial starts to get confusing as each jury is only allowed to hear certain parts of the trial. Alicia wears a black blazer with white print. This Calvin Klein Tweed Jacket ($87.99) is similar:

Diane wears a wine colored dress with a pearl necklace, similar to her outfit from The Next Month episode. The same Anne Klein Ribbed Sweater Dress ($72.52) would work for this one as well:

In the meantime, Kalinda (Archie Panjabi) is trying to get back into Cary’s good graces, but I think that ship has sailed for her. Cary gets a drink spilled on him and goes to the bathroom. He leaves his phone on the bar and Kalinda sees a private text from Robyn about one of Lockhart Gardner’s clients jumping ship. It doesn’t take her long for her to talk to Will and get him to set up a meeting with the client. What she doesn’t realize is that Cary played her with false information that seriously offended the client. Who’s laughing now?!

After last week’s video reveal of the election fraud, Marilyn (Melissa George) has to question everyone on Peter’s (Chris Noth) team, including Alicia who acted as his lawyer. Once Alicia sees the video she is furious and marches down to Peter’s office to demand that he fixes this immediately for the Zach’s sake as he would have to testify in front of the Feds if it continues. Alicia wears a grey blazer with a lighter lapel. This Joie Neville B Two Tone Blazer ($126.40) is similar:

I love the scene between Kalinda and Cary because she isn’t even mad at him, she just respects his cunning maneuver! She still wants to get a drink with him and he agrees to go with her…maybe they will still be friends after all.

Marilyn finally gets to investigate Will, but he can’t say anything because Peter is covered by attorney/client privilege. They speak alone in chambers and Will finally throws down with Peter about taking away Diane’s judgeship and then Peter throws back sleeping with Alicia in his face! They are at a standstill, but Peter frustrates Marilyn by not allowing him to testify for Marilyn.

Eli (Alan Cumming) and Marilyn are at a standstill – she can’t complete her investigation because Will won’t testify. This is really going to hurt Peter. Who knows what will happen next?!

White Collar “Live Feed” Recap

Peter (Tim DeKay) is in turmoil this week after Neal’s (Matt Bomer) betrayal. He can’t let it go, but he doesn’t want to lose his career over it either. Of course as everything is up in the air, he gets offered the section chief job in Washington D.C. starting in two weeks.

Jones (Sharif Atkins) brings a new case in but Peter doesn’t want to involve Neal this time. Jones knows something is up and advises Peter to end the cycle and quit letting Neal hold him back.

Neal is on his way to finish the Mosconi window deal with Hagen (Mark Sheppard), but Hagen turns the tables on him by kidnapping Rebecca (Bridget Regan) to keep Neal under his thumb.

Peter meets with Elizabeth (Tiffani Thiessen) to discuss the section chief job. She is ready to move, but he isn’t ready to let go yet. He’s made his peace with Neal’s betrayal but he can’t forget what happened to Siegel and needs to solve his murder. Elizabeth wears a sold-out Narciso Rodriguez Blue Colorblock Short Sleeve Dress. This Kenneth Cole ‘Andrea’ Colorblock Sheath Dress ($58.80) is similar:

Neal and Mozzie (Willie Garson) bring Hagen the glass key from the Mosconi window, but Hagen doesn’t bring Rebecca. He decides to hold her until Neal cracks the code.

In the meantime, Peter needs Neal for an art forgery case that implicates Hagen. Neal tries to buy some time by having Mozzie decipher Mosconi’s code. As the FBI is on their way to arrest Hagen, Neal burns the Mosconi pages to try to get Hagen to reveal Rebecca’s location. He has Mozzie memorize the page symbols so they can recreate it later. Neal is able to rescue Rebecca and they have a touching reunion.

With Rebecca’s help, Neal realizes that they are on a treasure hunt for the Hope Diamond’s lost twin. Peter arrests Hagen, but in the interrogation Hagen points the finger at Neal. Hagen offers Peter a deal – he has something to show him if he comes to his house. Jones pulls Neal’s tracking data and discovers that he was with Hagen all afternoon.

Peter decides to visit Hagen’s apartment, but before they go inside Hagen tells them that he is working to set them up and before he can say more is shot by a sniper!

Neal discovers a receipt in Hagen’s wallet that gives him a lead. The receipt is for a location on the same block where Siegel was murdered. They visit the location and discover that Hagen was watching someone. The Cooper 3 clue that Siegel left leads them to an apartment that has files on every FBI agent on Peter’s team.

Neal further discovers the room where Rebecca was being held and realizes that this is her apartment and she has been conning him the whole time. She is also now the main suspect in Siegel’s murder!

I didn’t see that coming!!

The Crazy Ones “Outbreak” Recap

This week on The Crazy Ones, we learned that dolls are creepy…but you already knew that. The team at Lewis, Roberts & Roberts takes on a PR crisis to rehab Randi Jenkins, the homici-doll. Unfortunately, during the meeting at the doll company, Zach (James Wolk) is exposed to the flu!

Sydney (Sarah Michelle Gellar) wears the sultry black diamond crystal chandelier earrings from Arte Designs ($52):

Sydney decides to quarantine Zach to the conference room because she has an amazing date with a pediatrician who sommelies (apparently its a verb) and loves Debbie Gibson’s Lost in Your Eyes (who doesn’t). Andrew (Hamish Linklater) is jealous of Sydney’s date and is trying to undermine her excitement.

Sydney wears a Helmut Lang Convex Concealed Placket Blouse ($395), Jay Godfrey Exclusive Cascade Cami ($99), Peggy Li Crystal Elegance Earrings ($79) and the Peggy Li Turquoise Pendant Necklace ($129):

Andrew tries to give Sydney the flu germs by switching her water glass for an infected one, but she catches onto him and confronts him about his feelings. She wears an American Rag striped dress and Robyn Rhodes Azin Earrings ($99). I found a similar American Rag striped dress at Macy’s ($34.99):

She realizes that Zach has her phone in the quarantined area and Andrew sacrifices his health to go in and get it for her so she won’t be exposed. Let me just say that room was a nightmare, scary!

The apology tour doesn’t go as planned when Lauren (Amanda Setton) accidentally includes the defective doll in the group for the event. Simon (Robin Williams) ends up beheading the doll in front of all the kids.

On the bright side, Sydney gets to go on her date and she looks smokin hot in a white lace peplum dress from Bless’ed are the Meek ($99.11). There aren’t very many left, so you can try this similar Herve Leger Peplum Bandage Dress ($209):

I have to admit, I got super excited when she was walking to the elevator and they were playing Starship (one of my favorites)! Unfortunately, Sydney chose that time to cough and the pediatrician got freaked out and bailed on their date. It’s too bad because I hope she didn’t waste that dress.

In the end, Simon ends up keeping the doll account due to the company’s weird obsession with their doll. Andrew and Sydney renew their friendship over the flue, but it is unclear whether or not they will ever have a romance.

Personality Style Challenge

I love an excuse to get dressed up, so when a jewelry company challenged me to create a look based on my personal style, I had to accept. I chose to create a “glamorous” look for this challenge, mostly because there is an upcoming event that I would like to go to and this look would be perfect!

This beautiful Adrianna Papell Embellished Cap Sleeve Chiffon Gown ($380) inspired my glamorous look. I decided to pair it with the Brilliant Earth 18K White Gold Pavé Eclipse Diamond Earrings and 18K White Gold Sienna Diamond Ring. For the shoes, I chose the Badgley Mischka Adonis Sandals ($108) because they made my wedding shoes and they are super comfortable and luxurious! I actually have this Lulu Townsend Metallic Frame Clutch ($29.95) in my possession, so I figured it would work perfectly with this look.

I had fun putting this look together and can’t wait to get an opportunity to wear this look in real life!

CougarTown “All or Nothing” Recap

CougarTown is back people!! Get your Big Tippis and join the Cul-de-Sac crew for a drink! In terms of fashion, I think I am a little bit of a Jules and Laurie so I will share a few of my favorite looks each episode.

We are picking up right where we left off with Laurie (Busy Phillips) and Travis (Dan Byrd) starting their relationship (finally!). Jules (Courtney Cox) is having a hard time getting comfortable with her son dating her friend, so she has decided to become a movie buff instead. She wears the J Crew Drapey Elbow-Sleeve Tee ($14.99):

For those of you that are just getting into CougarTown, it is sort of a joke with the writers that the name doesn’t really fit the show. So they always have a little joke in the opening credits:

It appears that Penny Can has gone global and Bobby (Brian Van Holt) is getting royalties. Now that he has money, Grayson (Josh Hopkins) decides that he wants to cash in on Bobby’s outstanding bar tab. Bobby doesn’t really get the point of this despite Grayson’s attempts to try to make him understand.

In the meantime, Andy (Ian Gomez) thought it would be a good idea to show Stan Nightmare on Elm Street and now Stan won’t go to sleep. Ellie (Christa Miller) is of the opinion that Andy broke it, so he should fix it.

Trav and Laurie are making out all over the place and Jules is desperately trying to be cool with it, but all of her tells are showing – high-high-fiving, the tone of her voice, and randomly spouting movie quotes whenever she feels uncomfortable. Laurie wears the Lovers + Friends Gracie Dress ($150):

As if this wasn’t bad enough, she walks in on them getting hot and steamy in the shower. This definitely gives her a reason to drink, not to mention she grabbed Laurie’s “honks” when she fell into the shower. The worst part is that she has a broken wrist to commemorate the occasion. Also, best quotes “This is the first time that one of us has seen Jellybean get Jellyrolled.” Classic.

Jules decides to keep pushing through to show Travis how cool she is with everything by having everyone talk about what they like in the bedroom. Obviously, Travis and Laurie find this weird, poor Trav! Jules wears an adorable hot pink blouson dress and I found a similar Dolce Vita Osana Sheer-Back Dress ($240):

I LOVED Laurie’s scarf print kimono style dress, which is the sold-out BCBGMAXAZRIA Blue Inesa Draped Scarf Print Dress. There are a few on sale on eBay:

As Ellie finally realizes, Andy is just going to make the Stan problem even worse, so she steps in and has Tom (Bob Clendenin) to dress up as Freddy Krueger and tell Stan that he is moving away. It almost goes as planned until he ends up scaring Stan at the end.

In order to show Grayson that he appreciates all the free beer, Bobby gives him the used hot tub that he has acquired. It all goes wrong again when Jules catches Trav and Laurie in the hot tub. They just can’t catch a break! In the end they all just agree to power through…until next week that is!

The Bachelor – Week One Recap

It’s Juan-uary and The Bachelor is back! This month we are jam-packed with Bachelor specials as well as the regular show, so lots of stuff to cover.

On Sunday, ABC aired a Bachelor special “Countdown to Juan Pablo” so we could get to know Juan Pablo and get some behind the scenes info on the casting process. Being in the PR and social media industry, I think ABC has done a great job of marketing the premiere and Juan Pablo – the whole Juan-uary promotion is great. This explains why the show premiered to its best ratings in the past few seasons. So hang on to your hats and get ready for some Latin love with Juan Pablo.

Some of the highlights of the special were getting to see some of the rejects from the casting process. This included a girl that always ends up being a booty call, a girl that can put her fist in her mouth, a topless performer, a weird girl in a hot tub, the crazy-eyed girl and a girl who admitted to losing her virginity just two weeks prior. This is why we drink wine while we watch this, because you just can’t make this stuff up! Mom and Dad must be so proud! Kat, Lucy, Chelsie, Andi and Nikki were all featured in the promo so I have to assume that they will stick around for a while. Most annoying? That would be Lucy…the so-called “Free Spirit” – I’m sure they just keep her for the entertainment value.

We learn more about Juan Pablo, his life and his daughter Camila and that she was born on Valentine’s Day so she will always be his Valentine. There is also a Facebook page that counts every time Camilla is mentioned, or that JP has a daughter, you can follow along here…maybe a new drinking game? Juan Pablo is also a sports agent (a.k.a. trying to break into the entertainment industry…guess who we’ll probably see on Dancing with the Stars next season?)

During the special, ABC took some time out to remember Gia Allemand, a previous contestant who committed suicide. The segment was touching, but I wish they would have done more. Gia was one of my favorites and she had such a tragic ending to her life.

What was the deal with them interviewing Jenna Burke from Ben’s season? She was on the show for like two seconds and was a train wreck?! It doesn’t look like anything has improved…

Juan Pablo also gets some advice on how to take off his shirt from Sean, our most recent Bachelor.

Enough of the special, it’s time to start this journey and meet the 27 women already!

There are some beautiful women this season. I love watching to see the fashion and I can already see a few that will stand out. Here are my favorites:

Andi sort of reminds me of one of my all-time favorites, Michelle Money. She even wore the same Jennifer Zuener monogram necklace that Michelle made famous (and if you follow my blog, you’ve probably seen on my wish lists):

Andi looked gorgeous for her limo entrance in a sold-out Halston Heritage Twist-Front Gown. I found one here on eBay ($226.85) and this La Femme 18039 Navy Deep V Neck Long Homecoming Dress ($278) that is similar:

Nikki Ferrell (You can follow her on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)

I think Nikki will be very popular, who doesn’t love a pediatric nurse? I thought her entrance was cute with the stethoscope bit – a good way to to break the ice. Juan Pablo seemed to really like her, so I think she will go far. Nikki wears a Sherri Hill 1605 dress in black ($550):

Clare’s father recently passed due to brain cancer and he made her a special DVD for her future husband to watch. I think Clare will go far this season, she is gorgeous and has a great sense of style. I thought the pregnant belly joke was a little weird, but Juan Pablo seemed to like it, so I guess that’s all that matters. Clare wore a beautiful Badgley Mischka Fluorescent Chiffon Gown (you know what a fan of Badgley Mischka I am so of course I was going to love this!). You can rent this same dress for $125 at Rent the Runway, I found this similar Badgley Mischka Strapless Draped Silk Gown ($990) and I found a great look for less at iFitDress.com for $79.99:

Kat killed it – she had a great entrance – I loved the salsa dancing and her dress was gorgeous! The dress is a Herve Leger Mermaid Bandage Gown ($1450), this ABS Deep V Gown ($390) is a similar look for less:

Kelly Travis (You can follow her on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)

Kelly had the adorable dog entrance with Molly, which seems awesome because I think she is the first contestant to get to keep her dog in the house. She wore a Nicole Miller Exotic Spice Gown which you can rent here. I also found this Nicole Miller Open Back Jersey Gown ($375) which looks exactly the same except it has a slit:

Notable Entrances and Entertainment:

Amy – the weird massage therapist. At first I thought she was really upbeat, but then she just got creepy. What was up with that weird over the jacket massage she gave Juan Pablo?! She was ruining his jacket by rubbing oil on it – no wonder she got booted!

Lauren H. – It was obvious from the package that she was not ready for a new relationship yet. I felt terrible for her, but it seemed like she was still hurting and not ready to come on a show where she would have to deal with extreme jealousy issues. Lauren did an interview with EOnline to talk about her experience, you can read it here.

Lucy – I’m sorry, where are your shoes? What is wrong with you? If you don’t want to be too tall, wear flats. I hope she gets eliminated quickly, she is too immature.

Lauren S. – I wasn’t a big fan of her bicycle/piano entrance, but I have to give a shout-out to the girl from Detroit! It was cute that Juan Pablo ran back in to ask for her name, that was a nice move. I think she was really nervous.

Chelsie – I can’t decide whether or not I like her. There are moments where I think she is great, but then she has some odd moments.

Renee – I think she has a lot in common with Juan Pablo, so we will see what happens once they actually get out on some dates.

Kylie – Poor Kylie – the hair, the dress, the awkward moment at the end of the rose ceremony – she just couldn’t win. Sharleen – This girl has so much going for her – I have no idea why she’s on the show, but it will be interesting to see how her dates with Juan Pablo go. She did get the first impression rose, but she really didn’t seem like she wanted it. Juan Pablo was right to single her out though, she seems like a great catch.

Rose Ceremony

During the Rose Ceremony Alli, Chantel, Lauren S, Kelly, Cassandra, Danielle, Chelsie, Kat, Victoria, Christy, Lucy, Elise, and Amy L. all received roses from Juan Pablo.

Eliminations include: Maggie Gantt, Alexis Morgado, Kylie Lewis, Amy Jokinen, Lacy Faddoul, Ashley Poe, Christine Llano, Valerie Eredia, and Lauren Higginson. Watch for them to pop up at Bachelor reunions and hooking up with other alums of the show.

Red Carpet Charity Preview Glamour

It’s that time of year again…Auto Show Prom, a.k.a. North American International Auto Show Red Carpet Charity Preview event on January 17th from 6-9 p.m. Many of us in Detroit work in the automotive industry (myself and my husband included) and have had the opportunity at one time or another to attend the Charity Preview. John and I have attended once before and would love to go again.

Many auto shows around the country have some sort of charity preview event associated with them, but in Detroit this is one of the biggest events of the season. It’s also fun to see everyone get dressed up for a good cause. The proceeds from the Charity Preview go to support children’s charities. Tickets are $350 per person, so it is a real treat to attend if you get the opportunity. This year Sheryl Crow is performing, so it would be a fun one to go to.

There are also a number of after parties following the Charity Preview hosted by various organizations around town, so there are plenty of reasons to get dressed up!

I thought I would take this opportunity to share my top five dress picks from DressFirst for the Auto Show Charity Preview. Some things to remember when choosing a dress for this event:

Keep it classy – this is a work networking event, your boss or future boss might attend
Don’t go with a bridesmaid dress – it’s obvious
Most of the Charity Preview consists of walking around on a hard concrete floor, so 4-inch heels might not be your best bet

Here are some of my favorite options:

This is so classy, I prefer Royal Blue, but they have a wide selection.

I love the color on this one, plus I think it would be very flattering in the front if you have a little tummy to hide. I like the open back, because it shows a little skin, but not too much.

I’m not sure why I like this dress, because animal print usually isn’t my thing, but I think this would be really fun and playful.

This dress is so unique, I love all of the different details, plus it is in Radiant Orchid, our Pantone Color of the Year.

This is a more traditional dress, but I like the cut and the sleeves just give it that pop of glamour.

Blue is my favorite color, so I couldn’t resist posting this look. I love the neckline and think this shows the right amount of cleavage for the event.

The Good Wife “Goliath and David” Recap

Before we get started, a big congratulations is in order to The Good Wife and Josh Charles for winning People’s Choice Awards for best drama series and best actor in a drama series!

If you love the style on The Good Wife, costume designer Daniel Lawson is taking pre-orders for his new clothing line 35DL.

On to this week’s episode…We pick up where we left off at the Florrick, Agos & Associates Christmas party when Eli (Alan Cumming) finds out that Marilyn (Melissa George) is naming her baby Peter, after the father. Eli freaks out thinking that Peter (Chris Noth) is the father. Marilyn tells him that is crazy, but he can’t take that at face value.

During the party, Alicia (Julianna Marguilles) and Cary (Matt Czuchry) retain a new client – a band that is suing for copyright infringement. Matthew Lillard guest stars and is great in this role. The band ends up suing one of Burl Preston’s clients (guest star Murray Abraham) who is an old foe of Alicia’s. He heads to Lockhart Gardner, but finds Will (Josh Charles) instead who wants to get in on the action to piss off Alicia and to start expanding in LA.

Will and Diane (Christine Baranski) are butting heads on expanding Lockhart Garder. Will is making too many changes too quickly and Diane tries to slow him down by putting a two-month ban on soliciting new clients. She wears a red wrap coat and a black chain link necklace. To recreate this look try this Le Suit Jacket ($59.99) and NEXTE Cuban Link Necklace ($27.59):

Will and Burl visit Alicia and Cary to negotiate. Alicia is genuinely stunned to see Will there. She tells him to get over it, her that is, but he just laughs it off. Alicia wears a Armani Collezioni Herringbone Blazer ($523.25). This Antonio Melani Kloey Jacket ($119.40) is similar:

In the meantime, Eli decides to hire Kalinda (Archie Panjabi) to investigate Marilyn and find out who the father of her baby is.

In court, Will uses everything he knows about Alicia to throw her off of her game. Alicia wears a Smokey Plaid Cecille Jacket ($798) and Aviana Skirt ($298.80) by Lafayette 148. This Pendleton Cordelia Jacket ($207.99) is similar:

Cary tells Alicia that Will is trying to get under her skin and convinces her not to let him get to her. She decides to leave and change into the suit she wore the first time they slept together in the Season 2 finale to remind him of that event. This definitely shows that they aren’t over each other. If that can still throw him off his game, he still has feelings for her. I can’t believe how she talked to Will, it definitely seems like the gloves are off in a big way! This Calvin Klein Khaki Skirt Suit ($144.96) is similar:

Kalinda meets Marilyn at the doctor’s office trying to get more information out of here in casual conversation, but is interrupted by her new cop friend, courtesy of Damian. This pisses her off – don’t mess with Kalinda at work!

Back in court, Alicia and Cary lose the court ruling, but they aren’t ready to give up yet. They got back to court to get an extension to find additional evidence. Alicia wears a color block suit from Basler (Jacket, $521.25, Skirt $221.25). This black and white Tahari colorblock suit ($164.98) provides a similar look:

Diane is dealing with a tricky situation of her own as Damian is trying to swing the firm’s vote in her favor on the expansion. She wears a great snow leopard blazer. This Calvin Klein Blazer ($97.99) is similar:

Will and Diane eventually come to terms with the direction the firm is going and she agrees to let him move forward. Well that’s what it seems like in the moment, but we will see if she has something else up her sleeve.

Kalinda’s investigation of Marilyn doesn’t provide anything conclusive…if anything it only makes Eli’s suspicions stronger. A reporter calls Eli with a video of what he thinks is Marilyn and Peter, but it is really of the Florrick campaign rigging votes…you didn’t think that was forgotten did you? After it doesn’t matter anymore, Marilyn reveals that the father of her baby isn’t Peter Florrick, but another Peter.

Robin (Jess Weixler) ends up finding the missing link in the band’s song in order to get them back in the court game. Alicia is able to best Will at his own game and the band gets the money they deserve. I loved Matthew Lillard in this role, so much fun!

What do you think will happen to Peter and Alicia with this new damaging video? Just as she started her new firm, this would ruin everything she’s worked for.

White Collar “No Good Deed” Recap

We pick up where we left off – Neal (Matt Bomer) and Rebecca (Bridget Regan) the morning after. Things seem to be going well, but Neal wants to distance her from his dealings with Hagen.

Back at the office, Jones (Sharif Atkins) brings one of the Welsh gold coins that Neal stole and drops it on Peter’s (Tim Dekay) desk. This is their first lead in the case. Someone is trying to unload the coins and Peter is determined to find out who the fence is. Neal hits the pavement to find out who the fence is, but Peter doesn’t trust him. So he uses a lunch date that Elizabeth (Tiffani Thiessen) had with Mozzie (Willie Garson) to blackmail Mozzie into giving up a name. Neal and Mozzie are able to recover in time, but Peter is very suspicious.

This doesn’t stop them from planning to steal the Mosconi stained glass window for Hagen. Rebecca insists on coming along to be a lookout and Neal agrees. Meanwhile, Peter confides in Elizabeth that he knows Neal is up to something. She wears a purple chemise and eyelet robe. To recreate the look I found this Calvin Klein Essentials Chemise ($42) and this Natori Women’s Shangri La Wrap ($94):

Peter tracks Neal to the window right after he stole it. Mozzie and Rebecca get away with the window and Neal goes back to try to turn Peter off the trail. Peter can’t wait anymore and confronts Neal about stealing the coins. Peter plays Neal and tells him that Jones caught the fence even though they didn’t have him. Neal finally confesses to stealing the coins and bribing the prosecutor to free Peter. He doesn’t tell him about Hagen or the window. Neal convinces Peter to talk to Elizabeth before he arrests him. If Peter is indicted, then his career is over, even if he turns out to be innocent. Peter worries what it says about him if he ignores the situation.

He talks to Elizabeth and she asks him to make sure he really needs to turn himself in and ruin his career. She wears an olive, military-style blouse. I found this similar Vince Camuto blouse for $39.90:

Things change when Jones walks in with the real Decker and starts to question him. Peter decides to confront the prosecutor and gives him an ultimatum – either he turn in the coins and resign or Peter will arrest him on the spot. The prosecutor resigns and Peter gets the coins. He tells Neal that this is a compromise that he will never make again. They both agree that things need to change between them.

What do you thing that means? Will Peter find out about Neal’s partnership with Hagen? Will Mozzie and Neal be able to trade the window for Hagen’s evidence on Neal?

The Crazy Ones “The Face of a Winner” Recap

On the latest episode of The Crazy Ones, we learn that Sydney (Sarah Michelle Gellar) likes to win…a lot. Lauren (Amanda Setton) and Sydney were hard at work on a new campaign for a spa company while Zach (James Wolk) and Andrew (Hamish Linklater) were working on a video game campaign. Simon (Robin Williams) decides to turn the tables on the group and have the girls work on the video game account and the boys work on the beauty campaign.

Sydney wears the Rag & Bone Aviator Blazer ($267.50) and a Michelle Mason Drape Blouse ($179). This ASOS boucle jacket ($44.47) and Crepe Split Neck Cap Sleeve Blouse ($79) are similar:

This episode reminded me a lot of my job, when you are at an agency you get to work on many different accounts and sometimes it is something completely foreign to you. I joke that working in public relations, you get to visit all of the different worlds and become an expert in them. That is what Sydney has to do on the video game account. So she ends up getting addicted to winning the game and becoming an expert.

Eventually, the team decides to host an intervention and try to get her to stop playing the game. But not before she comes up with an amazing presentation to win the client’s business. Sydney wears a blue velvet blazer by Girl. by Band of Outsiders ($501) and Michelle Mason floral tee ($129). This Tommy Hilfiger blazer ($97.99) and Rebecca Minkoff Celadon Floral Print Silk ‘George’ Sleeveless Blouse ($55.97) provide a similar look for less:
