It’s time for another edition of Five on Friday with A Liz Adventures, The Good Life Blog, Hello Happiness and Carolina Charm.
This weekend kicks off wedding season for the hubby and I. We have four weddings this year and I am a bridesmaid in two of them. This weekend, my husband and I are both in the wedding. I thought it would be fun to talk about some essential things to help you make it through the season.
1. Urban Decay All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray $30
You spray (I would say mist it) this on after all of your makeup is applied and it helps keep everything in place for up to 16 hours.
2. Still Standing Spray ($14.99-27.99)
Being a bridesmaid means spending long hours standing in heels. Since I broke my foot last year, this has been difficult for me. It is getting better, but it’s not quite 100 percent yet. That’s why I need Still Standing Spray. It instantly cools and refreshes your tired feet for 1-4 hours to keep you going all night long.
3. YSL Touche Eclat Touch Up Pen ($41)
This seems a little pricey, but it lasts forever. This is a purse must have along with some Q-tips. Everytime you visit the ladies room run a Q-tip under your eye to catch any smudged makeup or mascara. Then touch up your eyes with the Touche Eclat Pen. This instantly brightens up your look and makes it look like you are bright-eyed and bushy tailed. This is one of my must-have items!
4. Donna Karan Cashmere Mist Deodorant ($19)
I love this stuff! It smells great and stays on all day. One of those great things to keep you looking like you just got ready instead of looking like you had your makeup done at 8 a.m. and ran around taking pictures all day.
5. Makeup Forever HD Microfinish Powder ($34)
This powder is a must have for days when you are taking lots of pictures. It keeps your face shine free and the powder actually makes you glow, which makes your pictures look awesome. I keep a mini container in my purse for touch ups.

Love the finishing spray. Oil blotting towelettes are my go to with all night on the dance floor tends to get messy.

Four weddings?! Wow. I usually attend 1 wedding every two years or so 🙂 but now I’m in my late 20s so I’m sure there will be more coming up!
OK, I’ll admit it, I’ve never heard of these products, but I’m liking the sound of the Still Standing Spray. I don’t wear heals often because my feet end up killing me if I stand too long and there are just times when you can’t get back to sitting down. Thanks for introducing me to these products.

Wow, these are awesome. When I was in two weddings a few years ago, I wish I would have known about the Still Standing Spray. The 6 inch heels were unbearable to the point of purple feet, for all of us bridesmaids. This would have helped I’m sure.
